The staff at the Park Apartments deserve special recognition. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Ala at the front desk greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. His professionalism and friendliness set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The housekeeping staff and manager also deserve high praise. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Nang, my housekeeping staff, for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my room was immaculate and comfortable throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly commendable. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Roney, who consistently showed genuine care and concern for my well-being. His warm and attentive nature made me feel valued as a guest, and I appreciate the extra effort he put into making my stay comfortable. Overall, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Park Apartments for making my stay truly memorable. I want to first give a big shout out to Mr Alaa and to Mr Mahesh who gave us the best service possible! we booked a weekend stay and were not expecting something extraordinary, but the staff and their warmth made our stay memorable. It might not be the poshest hotel in the area, but what others lack is what this hotel excels at - hospitality. They upgraded our room free of charge and Mr Mahesh was always there to help us with our queries. Mr Alaa even apologised that we did not get a high floor room, which is totally fine since they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite!!! The attention that they give to their guests is just astonishing that we did not even mind the flaws in the room and just enjoyed the whole stay. Our daughter enjoyed the pool so much and it has just been renovated and looks exemplary, totally much more than the price we paid. Not the typical small Dubai rooftop pool that just existed to say that they have one. The kitchen is a full-fledged one with complete utensils. Internet is fast and they also went to the extent to increase the number of devices that we can connect! To wrap it all up, a hotel most of the time, for guests, does not have to be the poshest one out there, since hospitality comes from people/staff and their execution. I will definitely revisit Park Hotel again.

was there for work mainly I loved the room, however would like if the Crockery and cutlery, Glassware was well thought-out, it was very disorganized and didnt have two similar glass's or plates, all of it was different types. property and service was excellent, should give more attention to detail.

Everything about the Park Hotel Apartments was so welcoming, the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. All the supplies were refreshed daily and the beds were so cozy. It was a wonderful stay and I would be very pleased to return. Ritesh made us feel extremely welcome from the moment he checked us in to the second that we left. He and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay feel so very warm and personal Karim and Cherry at the Rotana always greeted us with a very warm welcome at breakfast and even knew our coffee order and reminded us when the buffet was closing as we would get lost in enjoying our breakfast experience.

The room was spacious. Everything you need was there as it is an apartment/hotel. There was a nice pool to relax as the hotel was very quiet as well. We booked for a classic studio room However, Mr. Alaa from the front desk was very nice to upgrade our room to a classic one BR apartment. My son enjoyed everything so we had to extend anoy night and got an upgrade and same room as well. The breakfast was in the nearby hotel Rotana Suites and I can say that the food served were tasy and had a lot of varieties to choose from. This hotel is highly recommended.

we really like the hotel itself and the kitchenettes.The receptionist named Thet is very kind and accommodating she really assist us during our check in and check out and she’s really nice because she is approachable and the housekeeping team also are nice name Nang and the lithe lady I forget her name both of them are really nice.Kudos to the people who work there.Surely we will go back on that hotel.

location is easy to find and few steps from aljaddaf metro station. large one bedroom flat with big bedroom and basic equipped kitchen. the toilet was large with a bathtub and water pressure was good. the reception is small but very cosy and welcoming staff.
